She is not your average runner and I love to share her journey with you because I think one of the reasons she’s been able to accomplish what she’s accomplished is she’s been mindful in her approach. In her words she’s been a consistent runner for about a year and a half and she’s already accomplished a half marathon, a full marathon and an ultra marathon (a fifty miler) - and is working towards her next big goal. Double that. You read that right: 100 miles!
